Applied system and software qualification engineers operate in some of the most advanced technological and multidisciplinary environments.
They are members of the development groups as system experts, responsible for qualifying the systems' capabilities and defining the next generations' needs.
The work includes integration with wide variety of multidisciplinary R&D groups in various geographies in order to qualify and release complex products.
As part of your role you will be leading and mentoring system qualification engineers with all aspects of development from planning and designing to tests execution.
You will be leading the quality domain day to day and be in charge of defining the right processes & environment to achieve quality in frequent releases
דרישות משרה:
Requirements:
- BSc. / MSc. in Engineering
- Analytical capabilities, problem solving orientation, interdisciplinary knowledge, project management
- Minimum of 2 year experience in leading roles of a direct or matrix team
- Work in hybrid mode
- Excellent English skills – speak, write, read.
- Willing to travel, up to 10% of the time.
